Are You Fully Accomplishing Your Ministry?
The study article starts off with praise and admiration for members who are out in the field ministry. The WTBTS understand that you have family responsibilities, work, get sick, and have pains due to aging. Jehovah values and appreciates even the smallest amount of service. Not everyone produces the same amount of fruitage.
1CHRIST JESUS commanded his followers to “go, . . . and make disciples of people of all the nations.” (Matt. 28:19)
2We may have to work secularly many hours a day to provide the necessities of life for ourselves and our family. We may struggle with other family responsibilities, sickness, depression, or the aches and pains of advancing age.
3 If our circumstances limit the amount of time we can spend in Jehovah’s service, we should not feel discouraged. Jesus knew that not every one of us would be able to produce the same amount of Kingdom fruitage. (Read Matthew 13:23.) Jehovah highly values everything we do in his service as long as we are doing our best.
Now, comes the sledgehammer. Why ain't you doing enough? What excuses do you have, now? Here are some suggestions if you are a slacker and need to create more service hours. We are not pleased with your efforts.
4 Simply put, to accomplish our ministry fully, we must have as full a share as possible in the preaching and teaching work.
8 We are willing to sacrifice personal comfort to engage in the evangelizing work.
10 If we are unable to do much walking, we might be able to sit in a public area where we can preach to passersby. Or we might be able to witness informally, write letters, or do telephone witnessing.
13 For example, could we adjust our secular working hours so that we can spend more time in the ministry during the week? Could we reduce some recreational activities that may be very time-consuming?
*Increase my preaching activity during the circuit overseer’s visit or during the Memorial season

I am a proud Jehovah's Witness Defender
by Matthew Jefferson inmy name is matthew j and i have just ended my study with the jehovah's witnesses.
no, i did not stop studying because i believe the jehovah's witnesses are a 'cult', i left due to the minor beliefs that i hold that remain separate from the organization.
i called my elder who is still an amazing man and great counselor, affirming that i do not wish to continue my studying.

It's amazing how you throw so many superlatives in your post.
Superlative: an admiring sometimes exaggerated expression especially of praise
Can you explain the following?
amazing people
such a phenomenal organization
left due to the minor beliefs that I hold that remain separate from the organization

We had a young 16-year-old baptized female in our congregation who was pronounced ''disfellowshipped'' at our Tuesday night Ministry School meeting. A couple of weeks later everyone knew why!!!! She was fornicating with her ''wordly'' boyfriend.
Who knew besides the elders? Whose wife knew and gossipped? Now, the whole congregation knew she was a 16-year-old fornicator.
Even worse was that her whole family were all at the meetings and left the 16-year-old at home by herself three days a week.

Massachusetts Saturday Afternoon Fall 2005
Here is a talk that Anthony Morris gave at a local congregation in 2005, titled ''Beware of the Birdcatcher.'' He has everyone laughing in stitches in the first fifteen minutes. The congregation loves every minute of his talk. The sad part is that there are many lies and exaggerations throughout the whole talk. Here is one experience that is hard to believe!
A young woman who is studying with the Jehovah's Witnesses shares a brochure with a local Catholic priest. He enjoys what he reads and decides to leave the priesthood. The young woman and the priest soon get married. They both begin a study. The priest comments:
'' What I have learned in a few weeks I could not have learned in 10 years in the Seminary."
Really? The priest resigns, gets married, an learns more from a brochure than years at a Seminary school. Here is what you study at Seminary school:
In seminary, you'll spend your years studying philosophy, Latin, Greek, Gregorian chants, dogmatic and moral theology, exegesis, canon law, and church history, just to get you started. Program length varies based on prior education and the amount of time you can devote to it, but a typical student enrolls in four years of graduate-level theology, and zero to four years of undergraduate philosophy and/or spiritual years.[

Jesus's apostles were confused by some of his sayings. They didn't understand the true sense of what Jesus was trying to tell them about baptism. "No one'', he said, ''would get the true meaning of this scripture until a modern day "organization" in the 21st century rises up and reveals the truth."
Matthew 28:19, 20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and do you also understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of Jehovah's Witnesses: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Today (2019), with the help and direction of the present day Governing Body, everyone who wishes to get baptized understands the true meaning of Matthew 28:19,20.
